With deep expertise in HYROX race structure, training methodology, and functional conditioning, Nawaf has established himself as one of the region’s most accomplished HYROX athletes and coaches.

Achievements

• Completed three HYROX races in one day (Open Solo, Double Mixed, Pro Solo).
• Earned the 100 Unbroken Wall Balls badge.
• First Kuwaiti and first Arab athlete to complete the 60KM Ultra Viking obstacle race with 150+ obstacles, finished within the official time limit (under 10 hours).
• Competed internationally in HYROX events across Dubai, Doha, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Berlin, Mumbai, Seoul, and Incheon
