The knurling on the handles are good. You change the weights with a twist of the handles. The transition mechanism between the weights is smooth. The individual weights plates shift slightly during some exercises like bicep curls and make a soft sound when they click against each other, but that’s to be expected because of the design. The dumbbells arrived well-packaged. I recommend them if you need a set of lightweight dumbbells and have limited space
Assembly and moving around the house was easy. Not bad as an indoor alternative for closing your daily steps goal.

This pull-up bar uses a standard bar size and solid round rod design. Grip feel can vary depending on how each person grips the bar, which can make the experience feel different from other models.

Unfortunately, I am not very satisfied with this machine after my purchase. While the leg extension function is acceptable, it is not exceptional and does not stand out in terms of performance or smoothness.
The main issue lies with the leg curl function, which is very poorly designed. During use, it consistently causes discomfort and pain in my ankles. The ergonomics of the leg curl setup feel incorrect and unsafe, making it difficult to use properly or comfortably. This appears to be a fundamental design flaw rather than a matter of personal adjustment or preference.
Considering the price of 750 KD, the overall quality and functionality are extremely disappointing. At this price point, I expected far better engineering, comfort, and durability. In my opinion, the machine’s actual value does not exceed 360 KD at best. The current pricing is unreasonable and does not reflect the product’s performance or design quality.
After using this machine consistently for three weeks, I can confidently say that it does not meet expectations and does not justify its cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to others looking for a reliable and well-designed leg training machine.

This is an excellent piece of exercise machinery. It’s a simple yet futuristic design. It provides a unique workout. I especially like the monitor which provides excellent stats. The reason I’ve only given it 4 out 5 stars is that as a piece of cardio equipment I would have been better off buying an air bike
I regret this purchase. The jack is wobbly when in use and the barbell is prone to slipping even when the weights aren’t too heavy
Coating is durable. It’s not easily scratched. The picture I’ve taken is after nearly 6 months of use
It’s thick, it’s durable and it protects your floors. The only downside is that the rough surface picks up dead skin very easily and you need to get into it with a stiff brush and scrub to remove the debris
The concept2 rower is the pride and joy of my home gym. It is an advanced piece of machinery that provides an excellent full body workout with an emphasis on the lower body. The monitor is great and provides all the necessary stats which you may want displays during your workout. It unfolds into 2 pieces which allows it to be stored with a minimal footprint. The only downside is that the seat is somewhat hard which can be bothersome for longer workouts

For a running enthusiast, the first time on any manual treadmill can be fun and humbling. This particular brand and model is great for long distances, as the slat conveyer is light. I like the shallow curve which facilitates mid-foot striking. The individual slats are thick rubber and I found it comfortable even while running barefoot! I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because the monitor is just ok compared to other brands, and the sides are made of plastic not steel like the famous assault runner. However, the plastic is very hard and seems quite durable. I’m looking forward to putting plenty of miles on this beast of a machine!
I love Molten Basketball, and this is perfect for the out door court, I’m using regularly. Still a good grip and difficult to wear and tear.
