The Vivobarefoot Motus Flex men's – Obsidian/Space Dye is an ultralight barefoot training shoe designed for bodyweight training, yoga, mobility, and movement-focused workouts. Its minimal construction, zero-drop platform, and wide toe box allow the foot to move naturally while maintaining close contact with the ground.
The shoe features a two-piece 2.5 mm synthetic rubber outsole, split into separate sections to increase flexibility in multiple directions. This design helps the foot bend, flex, and respond naturally during dynamic training movements.
Its recycled knitted upper combines RPET, elastane, and hot-melt materials to create a lightweight, breathable, sock-like fit. A removable Ortholite Performance insole, made from 98% recycled polyurethane foam, adds cushioning and can be removed for a more direct ground feel.
The elastic toggle lacing system allows quick on and off without traditional laces coming loose during training. At approximately 214 g per shoe in men's EU 38, the Motus Flex is built for unrestricted movement and barefoot-style performance.
