Orders above 20 KD are eligible for free delivery for all areas within the city limits.

Shipping fee of 2 KD is chargeable for Orders below 20 KD for all areas within the city limits..

Areas of Doha, Ali Sabah Salim, Bneidar, Khairan, Nuwaiseeb, Sabah Ahmad, Wafra, Kabd, Mina Abdullah, Mina Zour, Abdaly, Amghara, Umm Qasr have a flat rate of KD 6 for all orders of small equipment. For heavy equipments that require a big vehicle for delivery, these areas have a flat rate of KD 30.

Delivery with in Kuwait may take between 2-3 days for small equipment and 3-7 days for heavy equipment. Orders that require customization may take up to or more than 10 days. Please contact +965 66 786 789 for the delivery related queries.

We gladly accepts orders from all around the GCC, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and rest of the world. Shipping rates and fees may vary according to your delivery address.

Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always paid by the recipient/buyer.

Return Policy

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Pro Sports, however, occasionally you may need to return an item. If so this should be done within 14 days of purchase. Please read our return and refund policy for more information.

*Exchanges are done for free up to 1 exchange. A delivery fee of KD 2 will be charged for the second exchange onwards.

*Pick up of a Returned product is chargeable for KD 2, if the total invoice after the return is less than KD 20. This amount will be deducted from your refund value.

Condition of Return Merchandise

Returned merchandise must be sent back in original and unused condition. If merchandise is not in re-sellable and unused condition, we will not issue a refund. All items must be free of any dirt or damage.

Packaging your Returns

Make sure to properly package the merchandise you are returning. Merchandise must be in exact original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged retail packaging will result in denial of return. Please re-use the original materials to properly package your merchandise and to help reduce waste.

  3. Limited Return Window: Due to the nature of big gym equipment and the challenges associated with disassembly and transportation, our return window for such items is limited. Once our delivery team leaves your premises, and the equipment has been used, the decision to return it is no longer possible.

  4. Technical Support and Warranty: We understand that unforeseen issues may arise with the equipment after assembly. In such cases, our technical support team is available to assist you in resolving any performance-related concerns or warranty claims.

  5. Return Eligibility: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage that was not apparent during assembly, we will honor our warranty and arrange for a replacement or repair, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our warranty policy.
