Delivery Policy

  • Free Delivery: Orders above 20 KD are eligible for free delivery within Kuwait city limits.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: Orders below 20 KD incur a delivery fee of 2 KD within city limits.

  • Outlying Areas Delivery Rates:

    • For areas like Doha, Ali Sabah Salim, Bneidar, Khairan, Nuwaiseeb, Sabah Ahmad, Wafra, Kabd, Mina Abdullah, Mina Zour, Abdaly, Amghara, Mutla, and Umm Qasr:

      • Small Equipment: Flat rate of 6 KD.

      • Heavy Equipment: Flat rate of 30 KD (requires larger vehicle).

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Small Equipment: 2–3 working days.

  • Heavy Equipment: 3–7 working days.

  • Customized Orders: Up to or more than 10 working days.

  • For FORCE USA and other strength/cardio equipment, our team will notify you of the exact delivery date.

Pre-Owned Equipment Delivery:

  • Delivered within 4–5 working days.

  • Delivery charges apply as per the standard area and size-based rates.

International Shipping:

  • We accept orders from the GCC, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and worldwide.

  • Shipping fees vary by destination.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return and Exchange Policy

General Policy

  • All products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused

    • In their original condition

    • With all original packaging and tags

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Heavy Equipment (Cardio, Strength, Gym Racks)

  • No Returns After Assembly: Once the item is opened and installed, it cannot be returned.

  • Inspection Required: Customers must inspect the equipment during delivery and assembly.

  • Warranty Support: Any issues post-installation will be handled via technical support and warranty claims, as per product terms.

  • We encourage pre-purchase consultation to ensure you're selecting the right product for your fitness needs.

Pre-Owned Equipment

  • Sold As-Is: No warranty, service, or guarantees are provided.

  • Final Sale: No return, refund, or exchange is allowed for pre-owned items.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect or request images before purchase.

Exchange Terms

  • First exchange is free.

  • From the second exchange onward, a 2 KD delivery fee applies.

Return Pick-Up Charges

  • If the remaining invoice value after return is below 20 KD, a 2 KD pick-up charge will be deducted from the refund.

Packaging Requirements

  • Products must be returned in original packaging to avoid damage.

  • Damaged packaging may result in denial of refund or partial deduction.
