What are the VIP Tier levels?

VIP tiers are different levels of loyalty program and is given with your total amount spent at Pro Sports Website (only online). At present we have 3 levels for the VIP tiers:

VIP Tier : Silver Member
You will be upgraded to a Silver Member once your total amount spent at www.prosportskw.com is above 1,000 KD
Reward: You will get 750 bonus Pro Points to be redeemable on the website at your next purchase.

VIP Tier : Gold Member
You will be upgraded to a Gold Member once your total amount spent at www.prosportskw.com is above 3,000 KD
Reward: You will get 1,000 bonus Pro Points and 1.2 Pro Points for each 1 KD spent, to be redeemable on the website at your next purchase.

VIP Tier : Platinum Member
You will be upgraded to a Platinum Member once your total amount spent at www.prosportskw.com is above 5,000 KD
Reward: You will get 2000 bonus Pro Points and 1.5 Pro Points for each 1 KD spent, to be redeemable on the website at your next purchase.

How can I redeem / spend Pro Points?

Its very simple. Just click on "Rewards" tab that appears on the website. You will see the option "Get Rewards", click on it and Redeem Pro Points.
After you have selected the Pro Points to be redeemed just click on "Apply" and your discount will automatically get applied at checkout stage.

 

Will I earn Pro Points on sale items?

Pro points cannot be earned on items that are on sale.
