Welcome to the Pro Sports Reward Program

Pro Points is the loyalty program by Pro Sports, created to make your shopping experience more rewarding.

Every time you shop, review your purchased products, or complete selected account actions, you can earn Pro Points and use them for discounts on future eligible orders.

Whether you are shopping for fitness equipment, sports gear, recovery products, accessories, or training essentials, Pro Points gives you more value every time you come back.

What Are Pro Points?

Pro Points are loyalty reward points that you can earn and redeem at Pro Sports.

You can collect Pro Points through eligible purchases and selected account activities, then redeem them for discounts on your future orders.

20 Pro Points = 1 KD discount

Pro Points are not cash and cannot be exchanged for money, but they can be used to save on eligible purchases at Pro Sports.

How Do I Earn Pro Points?

To start earning Pro Points, create an account with Pro Sports.

Once your account is created, you can earn Pro Points in the following ways:

Shop at Pro Sports

Earn 1 Pro Point for every 1 KD spent on eligible purchases.

Points are calculated on the eligible order amount after excluding discounts, gift cards, shipping fees, delivery charges, installation charges, or any other non-eligible amounts.

Create a New Account

Earn 50 Pro Points when you create a new Pro Sports account.

This reward is available one time only per customer.

Add Your Birthday

Earn 15 Pro Points when you add your birthday to your account.

This reward is available one time only per customer.

Review Purchased Products

Earn 5 Pro Points for every approved product review.

To qualify, the product must have been purchased by you from Pro Sports. Reviews must be genuine, relevant, and approved by Pro Sports.

VIP Tier Rewards

Customers may also earn extra benefits through VIP tiers.

As you shop more with Pro Sports, you may move into higher VIP levels and unlock extra perks such as birthday bonus points, tier bonuses, and improved earning benefits.

How Can I Redeem Pro Points?

Redeeming Pro Points is simple.

Click on the Rewards tab on the website, then choose Get Rewards.

Select the number of Pro Points you want to redeem, click Apply, and your discount will be applied at checkout on eligible orders.

The standard redemption value is:

20 Pro Points = 1 KD discount

Can I Earn Pro Points on Sale Items?

Pro Points may be earned on eligible purchases only.

If you receive a custom discount, manual discount, special price, private offer, corporate discount, bulk discount, negotiated price, or any discount applied by Pro Sports outside the standard public offer, you will not be eligible to earn Pro Points on that order.

Pro Sports reserves the right to decide which orders are eligible to earn Pro Points.

Where Can I Use Pro Points?

Pro Points can be redeemed on eligible products at Pro Sports.

However, Pro Points cannot be earned or redeemed on products or orders related to the following brands, vendors, or categories:

  • King Smith

  • Black Bull

  • Gym Flooring

Pro Sports may update excluded brands, products, collections, or categories at any time.

Do Pro Points Expire?

Yes. Pro Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

Making an eligible purchase or completing an eligible points activity may reset your inactivity period.

Pro Sports may send reminders before points expire, but customers are responsible for checking and using their points before expiry.

Partner Rewards

Pro Sports may also offer Partner Rewards, where you can redeem Pro Points for selected vouchers, discounts, or offers from partner websites, apps, or brands.

The voucher value, required Pro Points, partner selection, validity, availability, and all related conditions will be decided by Pro Sports.

Partner Rewards may be limited and may change from time to time.

Important Notes

Pro Sports has the full right to add, remove, deduct, cancel, reverse, expire, hold, or adjust Pro Points from any customer account at any time.

Pro Points cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or moved to another account.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, returned, exchanged, or adjusted, any Pro Points earned or redeemed on that order may also be cancelled, deducted, reversed, or adjusted.

Pro Sports reserves the right to change, pause, restrict, or end the Pro Points program at any time.
