Partner Rewards are special vouchers, discount codes, coupons and offers provided by selected Pro Sports partner businesses.
Instead of using your Pro Points only for a Pro Sports discount, you may redeem them for eligible offers that can be used on a partner’s website, mobile app or physical store.

Log in to your Pro Points account and open the Partner Rewards section. Choose an available offer and review its required points, reward value, validity period and redemption conditions.
Once you confirm the redemption, the required Pro Points will be deducted from your account and you will receive the relevant voucher, coupon or discount code.

The number of Pro Points required will be shown separately on each Partner Reward.
The cost may vary depending on the partner, the value of the offer, its validity period and availability. Always check the full offer details before redeeming your points.

Each Partner Reward will clearly state where it can be redeemed. Depending on the offer, it may be valid on the partner’s website, mobile app or at a selected physical location.
A partner code cannot be used at the Pro Sports checkout unless the offer specifically says that it can.

After Pro Sports issues your voucher, coupon or discount code, the partner is responsible for processing its redemption.
For problems involving code acceptance, bookings, purchases, availability, technical errors or fulfilment, please contact the partner using the contact details or company POC provided with the offer.

Cancellation and points-return conditions may vary between Partner Rewards. Please read the offer terms carefully before confirming your redemption.
Once a code or voucher has been issued, questions about using the reward must be handled by the relevant partner. Any cancellation or restoration of Pro Points will depend on the terms displayed for that specific offer.

Yes. Partner Rewards may have a fixed expiry date, limited quantity, specific redemption period or other usage conditions.
Check the “Valid Until” date and full offer terms before redeeming. Available partners, reward values and required Pro Points may be changed or removed from time to time.

Log in to your Pro Sports account and open the Profile section of the Pro Points page.
Your current available points and VIP tier will appear near the top of your profile. Make sure you are using the same account and email address connected to your Pro Sports purchases.

Your points history is available inside the Profile section after you log in. It allows you to review previous activities connected to your Pro Points balance.
Recent activity appears first. Select “Load More” to view older points transactions that are not shown in the initial list.

First, confirm that you placed the order using the same email address as your Pro Sports account. You should also check whether the order, product or discount was eligible to earn points.
Shipping, delivery, installation and other non-eligible charges do not earn points. Orders with certain custom discounts or excluded brands and categories may also be ineligible. If an eligible order is still missing, contact Pro Sports and provide your order number and account email address.

Points may be deducted or adjusted when an order is cancelled, returned, partially refunded, exchanged or otherwise changed.
Points may also be removed if they were added incorrectly, connected to an ineligible transaction or expired after a period of account inactivity. Your points history can help you identify the activity connected to the adjustment.

Open the Profile section, enter your birthday in the birthday field and save your information.
Eligible customers receive birthday points after adding their birthday. This is a one-time account reward, so adding or changing the date again will not generate another reward. Your saved birthday information will also sync with the Pro Sports app.

No. Pro Points cannot be transferred, sold or moved from one customer account to another.
To keep all future points in one place, always use the same Pro Sports account and email address when shopping online, through the app or when providing your information for an eligible purchase.

Check your recent orders, returns, redeemed rewards and points history first. Make sure you are logged in with the account used for the relevant purchase.
If the information still appears incorrect, contact Pro Sports customer support with your account email address, order number and a screenshot of the balance or transaction in question. This will help the team investigate the activity more quickly.
