Pro Points Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Pro Sports Loyalty Program, known as “Pro Points”, offered by Professional Sports General Trading Company (“Pro Sports”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account, earning, redeeming, or participating in the Pro Points loyalty program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Pro Points activities across our official sales channels, including our website, mobile app, and physical store, unless stated otherwise.
Pro Sports reserves the right to manage, modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Pro Points program at any time in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Pro Points program is available to customers of Pro Sports who have created or registered an account with Pro Sports.
2.2. Customers may earn Pro Points as members or guests where applicable; however, customers must have a registered Pro Sports account in order to redeem Pro Points.
2.3. Pro Points are available only through eligible purchases and eligible activities made through official Pro Sports channels.
2.4. Pro Sports reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any customer from the Pro Points program if we believe the customer has violated these terms, abused the program, or engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or unfair activity.
3. Pro Points Value
3.1. Customers earn 1 Pro Point for every 1 KD spent on eligible purchases at Pro Sports.
3.2. The standard redemption value is:
20 Pro Points = 1 KD discount
3.3. Pro Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer, store credit outside the Pro Points system, or any other form of monetary compensation.
3.4. Pro Points are promotional loyalty rewards only and remain under the control of Pro Sports at all times.
4. How to Earn Pro Points
Customers may earn Pro Points through the following eligible actions:
4.1. Purchases
Customers earn 1 Pro Point for every 1 KD spent on eligible product purchases.
Points are calculated based on the eligible rewardable amount after excluding discounts, gift cards, shipping fees, taxes, or any other non-eligible amounts, where applicable.
If a customer receives any type of custom discount, manual discount, special price, private offer, corporate discount, negotiated price, bulk discount, or any discount applied by Pro Sports outside the standard public offer, the customer will not be eligible to earn Pro Points on that order.
Pro Sports reserves the right to decide whether an order is eligible to earn Pro Points.
4.2. Creating a New Account
Customers earn 50 Pro Points when they create a new customer account at Pro Sports.
This reward is available one time only per customer.
4.3. Product Reviews
Customers earn 5 Pro Points for each approved product review.
To qualify for review points:

The product must have been purchased by the customer.

The review must be genuine and related to the purchased product.

Pro Sports may reject, remove, or refuse points for fake, duplicate, spam, offensive, irrelevant, or unverified reviews.

Pro Sports reserves the right to decide whether a review qualifies for Pro Points.
4.4. Birthday Information
Customers earn 15 Pro Points for adding their birthday to their Pro Sports account.
This reward is available one time only per customer. Pro Sports may use the birthday information to send birthday rewards, offers, or program-related communication.
5. Products and Orders Not Eligible for Pro Points
5.1. Pro Points cannot be earned or redeemed on products or orders related to the following brands, vendors, or categories:

5.2. Pro Sports may add, remove, or change excluded brands, vendors, products, collections, or categories at any time without prior notice.
5.3. Pro Points may not be earned or redeemed on orders that include special pricing, custom discounts, manual discounts, bulk pricing, corporate pricing, private offers, negotiated deals, or any other discount that Pro Sports considers non-eligible.
5.4. Gift cards, shipping fees, taxes, installation charges, service fees, delivery fees, and any other non-product charges may be excluded from earning or redeeming Pro Points.
5.5. Pro Sports reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, which products, orders, purchases, customers, or activities are eligible for earning or redeeming Pro Points.
6. Pro Sports Rights to Add, Remove, or Adjust Pro Points
6.1. Pro Sports has the full right, at its sole discretion, to add, remove, deduct, cancel, reverse, expire, hold, or adjust Pro Points from any customer account at any time.
6.2. Pro Sports may adjust Pro Points due to refunds, returns, cancelled orders, partially refunded orders, exchanges, order edits, technical errors, system mistakes, duplicate rewards, fraud checks, misuse, customer service decisions, or any other reason Pro Sports considers valid.
6.3. Pro Sports may also add bonus Pro Points, goodwill points, campaign points, or manual points at its sole discretion.
6.4. Customers do not have an automatic legal right to claim Pro Points unless the points are approved and confirmed by Pro Sports.
6.5. Pro Sports’ decision regarding the adding, removing, deducting, cancelling, or adjusting of Pro Points shall be final.
7. When Pro Points Are Issued
7.1. Pro Points from purchases are issued when the order status is marked as fulfilled, unless Pro Sports decides otherwise.
7.2. Pro Points may not be issued immediately after purchase. Processing time may be required for system updates, order verification, fulfillment, fraud checks, or manual review.
7.3. Pro Sports reserves the right to delay, hold, cancel, deduct, or adjust Pro Points if an order is pending, unpaid, partially paid, cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, returned, exchanged, voided, suspected of fraud, or otherwise not eligible.
8. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments
8.1. If an order is cancelled, voided, refunded, partially refunded, returned, exchanged, or adjusted, any Pro Points earned from that order may be cancelled, deducted, reversed, or adjusted.
8.2. If a customer redeems Pro Points on an order that is later cancelled, refunded, returned, or adjusted, Pro Sports may decide whether the redeemed Pro Points are returned, partially returned, cancelled, or adjusted based on the order status and circumstances.
8.3. If a refund or return causes a customer’s points balance to become negative, Pro Sports may deduct future earned Pro Points until the balance is corrected.
8.4. Pro Sports reserves the right to correct any technical errors, system errors, manual mistakes, duplicate points, incorrect balances, or wrongly issued rewards at any time.
9. Redeeming Pro Points
9.1. Customers may redeem Pro Points on eligible purchases only.
9.2. The standard redemption rate is 20 Pro Points = 1 KD discount.
9.3. Pro Points cannot be redeemed on excluded brands, vendors, products, categories, or orders, including but not limited to:

9.4. Pro Points redemption may be restricted, limited, or unavailable during certain promotions, sale periods, campaigns, events, launches, private offers, or other periods decided by Pro Sports.
9.5. Pro Points cannot be combined with some discount codes, custom discounts, promotional offers, bundles, special pricing, or other rewards unless Pro Sports allows it.
9.6. Pro Points cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, gifted, assigned, inherited, or moved to another customer account.
9.7. Pro Sports may set minimum or maximum redemption limits per order, per customer, per campaign, or per period.
10. Pro Points Expiry
10.1. Pro Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
10.2. Account inactivity means no eligible purchase, eligible points activity, or qualifying account activity within the period determined by Pro Sports.
10.3. Eligible purchase activity may reset the inactivity period.
10.4. Pro Sports may send a reminder before points expire; however, Pro Sports is not responsible if a customer does not receive, open, or act on the reminder.
10.5. Expired Pro Points cannot be restored, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or converted to cash unless Pro Sports decides otherwise.
10.6. Pro Sports reserves the right to change the expiry period or expiry rules at any time.
11. VIP Tiers
Pro Sports may offer VIP tiers as part of the Pro Points program. VIP tiers may provide additional benefits, rewards, earning rates, birthday bonuses, or upgrade bonuses.
11.1. Tier Qualification
VIP tier qualification may be based on lifetime spend, eligible spend, customer activity, or any other criteria decided by Pro Sports.
Tiers may upgrade immediately when a customer reaches the required threshold, subject to system processing and verification.
11.2. Tier Review
VIP tiers may be reviewed on a 6-month cycle.
Customers may be required to meet a minimum spend or activity requirement during the review period in order to maintain their tier. If the requirement is not met, the customer may be moved down one level or adjusted to another tier.
11.3. Current VIP Tier Structure
The current tier structure may include:

11.4. Pro Sports reserves the right to change tier names, tier requirements, tier benefits, earning rates, birthday perks, upgrade bonuses, maintenance rules, and review cycles at any time.
11.5. VIP benefits are not guaranteed and may vary based on campaign, availability, customer status, system settings, or Pro Sports decisions.
12. Birthday Rewards
12.1. Customers may receive birthday-related Pro Points, offers, or rewards if they have added their birthday to their account.
12.2. Birthday rewards may vary depending on the customer’s VIP tier, account status, eligibility, and Pro Sports campaign rules.
12.3. Birthday rewards are not guaranteed and may be changed, restricted, delayed, or cancelled at any time.
12.4. Customers are responsible for entering accurate birthday information. Pro Sports may reject or cancel birthday rewards if the information appears incorrect, duplicated, manipulated, or suspicious.
13. Partner Rewards Program
13.1. Pro Sports may introduce a Partner Rewards Program where customers can redeem Pro Points to unlock vouchers, discounts, offers, or benefits from selected partner websites, apps, brands, or service providers.
13.2. Partner rewards are fully managed and controlled by Pro Sports. The voucher value, required Pro Points, offer type, partner selection, redemption method, validity, availability, terms, and limits will be decided by Pro Sports.
13.3. Partner rewards may be limited in quantity, time, location, eligibility, product type, or customer segment.
13.4. Once a customer redeems Pro Points for a partner reward, the redeemed Pro Points may not be refundable, reversible, exchangeable, or transferable unless Pro Sports decides otherwise.
13.5. Partner rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions from the partner. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any partner-specific terms before using the reward.
13.6. Pro Sports is not responsible for a partner’s products, services, app, website, availability, pricing, service quality, booking process, delivery, cancellation, refund policy, customer service, or any issue that occurs outside Pro Sports platforms.
13.7. Pro Sports may change, remove, replace, suspend, or cancel any partner reward at any time without prior notice.
14. Promotions, Campaigns, and Bonus Points
14.1. Pro Sports may run limited-time campaigns where customers can earn bonus Pro Points, extra rewards, tier bonuses, partner rewards, birthday rewards, review rewards, or other loyalty benefits.
14.2. Campaign rewards may have separate terms, including minimum spend, eligible products, excluded products, validity period, maximum rewards, customer eligibility, or redemption limits.
14.3. Campaign rewards cannot be claimed after the campaign ends unless Pro Sports decides otherwise.
14.4. Pro Sports reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or refuse campaign points if the customer does not meet the campaign rules.
15. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
15.1. Pro Sports may suspend, cancel, deduct, or remove Pro Points if there is suspected or confirmed fraud, abuse, misuse, manipulation, or violation of these terms.
15.2. Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts to collect signup rewards.

Submitting fake or duplicate reviews.

Reviewing products not purchased by the customer.

Using false birthday information.

Manipulating orders, returns, refunds, or discounts to earn points unfairly.

Attempting to transfer, sell, or exchange Pro Points.

Using technical errors, bugs, loopholes, or system issues to gain rewards.

Any behavior Pro Sports considers unfair, suspicious, or harmful to the program.
15.3. Pro Sports may permanently close a customer’s loyalty account and cancel all Pro Points if the customer is found to have abused the program.
15.4. Pro Sports’ decision regarding fraud, abuse, misuse, eligibility, and points adjustment shall be final.
16. Account Responsibility
16.1. Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their Pro Sports account and ensuring their account information is accurate and updated.
16.2. Pro Sports is not responsible for lost points, missed rewards, expired points, or failed communication caused by incorrect account information, inactive email, incorrect phone number, technical issues, or failure to access the customer account.
16.3. Customers must not share account access or use another customer’s account to earn or redeem Pro Points.
17. Communications
17.1. By participating in the Pro Points program, customers agree to receive program-related communications from Pro Sports, including points balance updates, reward updates, expiry reminders, VIP tier updates, birthday rewards, partner rewards, campaign messages, and loyalty program announcements.
17.2. Customers may also receive marketing communications where permitted by law and according to Pro Sports’ communication settings.
17.3. Pro Sports is not responsible if customers do not receive communications due to email filters, incorrect contact details, phone settings, app notification settings, or third-party service issues.
18. Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination
18.1. Pro Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or terminate the Pro Points program at any time without prior notice.
18.2. This includes changes to earning rates, redemption rates, expiry rules, excluded products, eligible products, VIP tiers, partner rewards, review rewards, birthday rewards, campaign rewards, and any other part of the program.
18.3. If the program is terminated, any unused Pro Points, pending rewards, partner vouchers, or loyalty benefits may be cancelled or forfeited, unless Pro Sports decides otherwise.
18.4. Pro Sports will not be liable for any loss, claim, or compensation resulting from changes, suspension, restriction, or termination of the Pro Points program.
19. Technical Issues and System Errors
19.1. Pro Points are managed through loyalty system technology and may depend on third-party software, integrations, apps, platforms, or service providers.
19.2. Pro Sports is not responsible for temporary delays, technical issues, system downtime, incorrect display of points, app errors, website errors, or third-party system failures.
19.3. If a technical or system error causes incorrect points, incorrect rewards, incorrect discounts, or incorrect customer balances, Pro Sports reserves the right to correct, reverse, cancel, or adjust the error at any time.
20. Privacy and Customer Data
20.1. Pro Sports may collect and use customer information to operate the Pro Points program, including name, email, phone number, birthday, order history, points balance, rewards activity, tier status, and communication preferences.
20.2. This information may be used to provide loyalty rewards, process points, manage VIP tiers, prevent fraud, send program communications, and improve the customer experience.
20.3. By participating in the Pro Points program, customers agree that Pro Sports may process their data for loyalty program purposes in accordance with applicable laws and Pro Sports’ privacy practices.
21. Limitation of Liability
21.1. Pro Sports shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Pro Points program, including loss of points, expired points, cancelled rewards, unavailable rewards, technical issues, or partner reward issues.
21.2. Pro Points are not the property of the customer and do not create any legal right to cash, compensation, refund, or payment.
21.3. Pro Sports’ maximum responsibility, if any, shall be limited to the correction of the customer’s Pro Points balance as determined by Pro Sports.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
22.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
22.2. Any dispute arising from or related to the Pro Points program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
