I’m Mohammad Jafar, a passionate athlete and certified coach with over 8 years of experience in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and hybrid fitness. At 38 years old, I’ve competed in over 80 Spartan Races across the Middle East and Europe. My coaching certifications include Obstacle Specialist Spartan SGX Level 2 Coach and Hyrox Coach, reflecting my commitment to fitness education and athlete development. In May 2023, I co-founded The Grind OCR & Fitness in Kuwait, a gym dedicated to preparing athletes for OCR and hybrid fitness challenges. Since 2023, I’ve completed 17 Hyrox races across the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia. My goal is to help athletes push their boundaries and achieve peak performance, both in the gym and on the racecourse.
