2. Dual Modes: This treadmill has two modes to meet your different exercise needs. When the handrail is folded, it functions as an under-desk treadmill with a speed range of 0.5 - 3.7 mph. When the handrail is raised, the speed range increases to 0.5 - 6.2 mph, allowing for running workouts.

3. Multiple Control Options: The R1 Pro can be controlled in three ways. In manual mode, you can use the remote control or the KS Fit APP to adjust the speed. Alternatively, it can be controlled by your feet under the auto mode, thanks to an integrated pressure sensor.

It has a 4-layer footboard for added comfort and joint protection. Safety features include child lock, speed limit, emergency stop cable, and automatic standby.
