Jagriti initiated her yoga journey in her late teens.
Her practice began at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in 2013, guided by Sharath Jois.
She has received instruction from renowned Ashtanga Yoga instructors in India and abroad, fostering collaborations with some of them.
Jagriti holds certifications in Ashtanga Yoga, prenatal and postnatal Yoga, and is a certified holistic health coach from IIN US.
Presently, she offers private and group classes at Ananda Yoga, Arc Studio, SVN, and Casa gym.
Beyond yoga, she finds joy in strength training, reading, and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
