I’m Alefiya Bakir, a certified yoga instructor with a background in fitness and health spanning over 5 years. I’ve trained in yoga to help others thrive physically and spiritually, completing a 200-hour training course with the Kashmir Shaivism School for Yoga. My passion lies in nurturing the body, mind, and soul through yoga and holistic wellness practices.
