In Automatic Mode (A Mode), users do not need to use the remote control. When exercising in different areas of the treadmill: Front Area: The treadmill automatically starts and accelerates. Middle Area: It maintains a constant speed. Rear Area: It slows down and then stops automatically.

5. Manual Mode: Under Manual Mode (M Mode), users have more control over the treadmill's speed. The treadmill must be unlocked from the novice mode (JXLGH) before switching to Manual Mode. Maximum speed reaches up to 10KM/H, providing flexibility for both light walking and running exercises. Manual Mode can be accessed via the remote control, LED touch panel, or KS Fit App.
