How to Use

Clean and dry the skin before application, removing any oil, sweat or lotion. Apply the anchor points without stretching, then gently stretch the central section approximately 30–50% while positioning the tape around the area requiring support. Rub the tape after application to help activate the adhesive and wait approximately 5 minutes before exercising or exposing it to water.

For removal, moisten the tape with warm water and slowly peel it away in the direction of hair growth.

Important Precautions

Do not apply to damaged, irritated or inflamed skin. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs. A small skin test is recommended before first use. Keep out of reach of children.
