I’m AlHanouf AlTamimi, a dedicated powerlifter specializing in the -47KG category under the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). I discovered my passion for powerlifting in 2017 and have since become the 2023 Asian Champion, winning overall gold, squat gold, bench bronze, and deadlift gold. In June 2024, I made history as the first Arab woman to win a medal at the IPF World Championships, securing deadlift silver with a 172.5KG lift. I currently hold all national records in Kuwait's -47KG category and rank as the highest IPF GL Points scorer in the country.
