The C20 comes with six pulley stations for maximum training versatility. Our Freestyle Pulleys adjust up to 190cm at the highest point and down to the lowest setting, swinging freely left to right or locking in place for 180-degree movement options. Dual low pulleys at the base are ideal for seated rows or use with our patent-pending Sliding Bench. A dedicated double high pulley station can also be linked with the Dual Pulley Connector to double the workout intensity for upper-body exercises.
