I’m Sana Arif, a passionate triathlete who found her way into the sport when she least expected it. I've explored many different sports throughout my life, but triathlon has challenged me the most—both physically and mentally—while also being the most rewarding. Without any prior swimming background, I never imagined I would complete even the shortest triathlon distance, yet my journey led me to conquer an Ironman 70.3. Triathlon is a tough endurance sport that tests not just your physical limits but also your mental resilience. It pushes you to your breaking point while giving you an unmatched sense of accomplishment. For now, I plan to stick with this sport—at least until the suffering breaks me down!
