This allows the exact determination of the direction and the characteristics of a movement performed on the mat. This allows training successes to be measured and recorded over a period of time.
Flowin Friction Training represents a completely new training concept based on the interaction of two physical components: Weight force and friction. With specially developed supports for hands, knees and feet, the fitness equipment enables a comprehensive full-body workout. The ingenious friction behavior between the Flowin training plate and the Flowin supports ensures a mixture of stability and gliding ability, which constitutes the unique training stimulus.
